Mr. Huang’s practice includes employment- and investment-based immigration, family petitions, naturalization, waivers of inadmissibility and removal defense for EB-5 investors. His experience also includes litigation of immigration matters in federal district courts and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
He received his J.D. from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles, in 1996. He represents individuals, employers and investors, and accepts referrals from other attorneys for consular, waiver, litigation and appellate matters.

Call (323) 318-2601 or prepare a consultation request on our contact page. Initial consultations are paid and conducted by Mr. Huang. The office will confirm the fee and available times before scheduling.
How are legal fees structured?
Fees depend on the type and scope of the matter. Most petitions and applications use a flat fee; litigation and matters with an uncertain scope may be billed hourly. The written engagement agreement sets out the fees and any separate government costs.
Can you help if I live outside Los Angeles?
The firm represents clients throughout the United States and abroad in U.S. immigration matters. Consultations are available by video. For court matters, admission requirements and any need for local counsel are evaluated for the particular case.
Which languages are available?
Mr. Huang is fluent in English and Mandarin and conversant in Cantonese, Taiwanese and Spanish, with basic French. Tell the office your preferred language when requesting a consultation so appropriate arrangements can be confirmed.
