Daniel T. Huang

Daniel T. Huang has practiced U.S. immigration law exclusively since his admission to the State Bar of California in 1996. He founded the firm in 1999 and is certified in Immigration and Nationality Law by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization.

His practice includes employment- and investment-based immigration, work visas, family immigration, naturalization, waivers and removal defense for EB-5 investors. He also has extensive experience litigating immigration matters in federal court.

Mr. Huang represents individuals, families, employers and investors. He also accepts referrals from attorneys in waiver, consular, litigation and appellate matters.

Service to the profession

Mr. Huang’s professional service includes CBP and ICE liaison roles with AILA Southern California, prior service as its Consular Affairs Liaison, and service as Chair of LACBA’s Immigration Section and on LACBA’s Board of Trustees.

He has spoken on consular processing, employment visas and EB-5 matters, and has discussed immigration issues for the Los Angeles Times, KSCI Channel 18, KAZN AM 1300 and Phoenix TV.
